AmeriGas

Overview

AmeriGas is the largest retail propane distributor in the United States. They provide propane delivery, tank installation, & more for your home or business. Hero Digital was tasked with a complete redesign of the AmeriGas website. The new AmeriGas.com was built on the Sitecore CMS (Content Managment System). The component creation were built statically using server side includes (SSI) and then integrated into the CMS.

My Responsibilities

• Established a design system through collaboration with design, development, and client teams.
• Refactored front-end codebase for usability and performance in partnership with the back-end development team.
